The OASIF software relies on a simple instructional design model and method that can be summarized by three hypothesis:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
#Open and distance learning must be designed as a coherent, organized, flexible and regulated whole of learning activities;&lt;br /&gt;
# Design should be oriented by pedagogic actitivities and not contents;&lt;br /&gt;
# The system is organized at four levels (see below).&lt;br /&gt;
