A &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;anchored forum&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; (or computer-mediated anchored discussion) places discussions &amp;quot;near&amp;quot; the topic being discussed, e.g. with an [[annotation system]] that allows teachers and learners to add comments.&lt;br /&gt;
